Inditex continues to restructure its point-of-sale network, with fewer and larger stores. The owner of Zara ended the third quarter of the fiscal year with a network of 5,527 stores of all its chains, 132 fewer outlets than at October 31st, 2024. Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius and Oysho reduced stores, and only Bershka and Lefties added outlets.

Almost half of the closures in the last twelve months correspond to Zara, the group’s main flagship, which ended October with 1,528 stores, 60 fewer than a year earlier. In second place in terms of absolute number of closures is Zara Home: Inditex’s home products chain ended October with 380 stores, 27 fewer than a year earlier.

Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius also closed the third quarter of 2025 with net closures compared to the same time last year. In the case of Massimo Dutti, the chain currently has 519 stores (a net difference of 23 fewer compared to October 2024).

In terms of absolute closures, Massimo Dutti is followed by Oysho, with 18 closures (leaving the network at 389 stores), Pull&Bear, with 12 net closures (down to 800 stores), and Stradivarius, with six fewer stores than a year ago (down to 839 outlets).

Although Zara, with a larger retail network and presence in 97 markets, is the one that concentrates more store closures in absolute terms, Zara Home and Oysho are the ones that have had a more significant adjustment compared to the size of its network. In the case of Zara Home, the adjustment is equivalent to 6.6% of its commercial network, and in the case of Oysho, 4.4%.

On the other side of the scale are Bershka and Lefties. Bershka has reached 859 points of sale, four more than a year ago and an increase in relative terms of 0.5%, while Lefties leads the number of openings with ten more points of sale, up to 213 stores, and a relative growth of 4.9%.

Inditex closed the first nine months of the fiscal year with a 2.7% increase in revenues, with sales of €28.171 billion, compared to €27.422 billion in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

The Spanish group ended the period with a net income of €4.622 billion, an increase of 3.9% compared to €4.459 billion in the first three quarters of 2024.
