Etam Group is once again looking to its teams to fill the first chair of its flagship brand. The French company has appointed Marie Delahaie, currently CEO of Undiz, as the new CEO of Etam as of May 2026, in an internal promotion.

The transfer schedule is already on the table. As the French company explained in a statement, between February and April, Delahaie will maintain her functions at the helm of Undiz and will begin to outline her vision for Etam, in an early transition that the group presents as operational and strategic continuity.

Until he joins, Laurent Milchior will take over as interim CEO of Etam. In parallel, the group will activate the search for a new profile to pilot Undiz, while Delahaie will closely monitor the evolution of the brand to ensure stability during the changeover.

Delahaie joined the group in May 2024 to lead Undiz and, since then, the company has attributed to her a transformation of the brand, with a redefinition of the image and a network renewal plan, as well as a boost to the product proposition. A specialist in this area, the executive began her career in the luxury sector at Lanvin and Balenciaga and then moved on to the French companies Zadig&Voltaire and Lacoste, before joining Etam.

The move comes after the departure announced in November of Marie Schott, CEO since her return to the group in 2023, who will leave her duties at the beginning of 2026, according to the timetable advanced by the company.

The group, which also owns the Maison 123 and Ysé brands and is a shareholder in Livy, reported a turnover of €892 million in 2024. In this perimeter, Etam represents the main driver of activity and, by dimension, marks the passage of the lingerie division of the houlding.

According to the most recently filed financial statements, Etam Lingerie recorded a turnover of €471 million in 2024, compared with €480 million in 2023. Today, the Etam brand is present in 55 countries through 840 points of sale, 470 of which are located abroad.

Etam is not the only format of the group undergoing reorganization. At the same time, Livy, in which the group has a stake in the premium segment, adjusted its top management last November to prepare for new international developments. The brand expects to exceed €24 million in sales, reinforced its structure with new recruits such as Audrey Azria and separated from ex-Etam Julie Pellet, who was hired as CEO last year, while redrawing its commercial network and aiming to grow outside France, with London and Italy on the radar.
