Boggi Milano Sets Sights on 2026 FIFA World Cup as Official Event Supplier
The Italian fashion company steps into the football arena, unveiling its role as the official formalwear provider for FIFA and securing a licensing deal for next year’s World Cup. A special collection celebrating the sporting event is also on the horizon.
Boggi Milano enters the field. The Italian menswear company joins the world of soccer as Fifa’s formalwear supplier and official licensee of the 2026 Fifa World Cup and the 2027 Fifa Women’s World Cup. The garments will be accompanied by a capsule collection dedicated to the sporting event.
The project kicks off this December 5th, 2025 with the draw for the 2026 Fifa World Cup in Washington and will accompany the key moments of the tournaments until the 2027 Fifa Women’s World Cup.
In recent weeks, the fashion industry has gone a step further in its relationship with the world of sport. The latest to enter the category has been Decathlon, which announced yesterday its new project as the official supplier of uniforms to the International Paralympic Committee for the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Paralympic Games, to be held from March 6th to 15th next year.
Boggi Milano, which was born in Naples in 1939, has around 225 stores in more than 58 countries
The Italian group Moncler, specialized in outdoor fashion, will return to the epicenter of winter sports also as official sponsor of the Brazilian Olympic Committee and as technical sponsor of the Brazilian Federation of Snow Sports.
In November, El Pulpo’s sponsorship of the women’s futsal team was also announced. The Galician company designed the team’s official suit, with which they traveled to the Philippines to participate in the Women’s World Cup.
Boggi Milano, headquartered in Milan, has around 225 stores in more than 58 countries. The company was founded in 1939 in Naples, and twenty years later launched its first flagship store in the Italian city’s Piazza San Babila. The group began its internationalization in 1996, when it opened its first store in Geneva (Switzerland). However, it was not until the 2000s that the company gave a new impetus with the opening of new stores abroad and a repositioning of the brand.
