Jott Shakes Up Executive Team During Strategic Business Revamp
French firm under L Catterton names Thierry Miremont as its new leader, taking over from Benjamin Durand, who has held the role since 2024.
Jott makes a change in its top management. Thierry Miremont, a specialist in corporate transformation and restructuring, is taking over the management of the French company Jott (Just Over The Top), which specializes in down jackets. The position was previously held by Benjamin Durand-Servoingt, since 2024. The group is owned by private equity fund L Catterton, backed by conglomerate LVMH since 2021.
As part of the company’s restructuring, the L Catterton group appointed Thierry Miremont as Jott’s new president last September, taking over from Benjamin Durand-Servoingt, according to French media outlet Fashion Network.
The new executive, who promoted the international consulting firm FTI consulting in France in the last three years, also has a track record as CEO and president of companies such as Lafuma Immobilier, Cfc Croisière, and previously, Fram, Europcar or Tnt.

L Catterton has promoted a restructuring plan for the company with which it expects to grow in the coming months and consolidate the company’s success. In recent years, the company has succeeded different managers in an attempt to straighten the group, which opted for an accelerated international expansion and today has about a thousand points of sale, two hundred of which are own stores spread over thirty markets.
The LVMH fund also explored the possibility of selling the company in 2024, before Benjamin Durand-Servoingt took over the management of Jott.
According to the latest public figures, Jott recorded a turnover of close to €150 million in 2022, following the acquisition in 2021 by L Catterton, the private equity fund backed by the French luxury conglomerate.
