Christian Dior Couture Americas will have a new president as of February 1. The house has appointed Charlotte Holman Ros, until now president of Parfums Christian Dior for North America, to take the helm of the fashion business in the region.

According to the US media WWD, the company has opted for an internal promotion. In this way, Holman Ros will take over from Alexandra Winokur, who is leaving the position to “undertake new personal and professional projects,“ said Dior.

The company has specified that Winokur will leave the presidency on January 31st, after a one-month handover period with Holman Ros. However, Dior has not detailed what will be the next professional step of the executive.

Holman Ros has held the presidency of Parfums Christian Dior for North America since 2020. Previously, she developed her career between strategic consulting at Deloitte and management positions in companies in the sector such as Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Estée Lauder Companies and Burberry.

At Burberry, Holman Ros went on to take responsibility for global strategy and direction of womenswear in North America, with a focus on merchandising and retail. Her appointment is part of a reorganization of the commercial leadership. The executive will report to Alessandro Valenti, who on January 12th will assume the position of deputy general manager in charge of the commercial activities of Christian Dior Couture.

Valenti will join from Givenchy, where he has served as CEO since July 2024. Meanwhile, Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, co-CEO of Christian Dior Couture, said Holman Ros “combines a true customer experience vision” with the ability to grow brands and lead teams. In the same announcement, Angeloglou thanked Winokur for his commitment and cited, among other milestones, openings such as House of Dior New York and House of Dior Beverly Hills.

Angeloglou, an executive with a background at L’Oréal, made the jump to LVMH in 2019 and has spent time at Louis Vuitton, LVMH Fashion Group and Fendi before taking on responsibilities at Dior. Valenti’s replacement at Givenchy already has a replacement. Amandine Ohayon, with a background in fashion and beauty, will take over this Friday.

LVMH ended the first nine months of 2025 with sales of €58.09 billion, down 4% year-on-year and down 2% organically, after posting a 1% gain in the third quarter driven by an improvement in Asia and the pull of Sephora. The fashion and leather goods division limited the decline to 2% organic in the quarter and reached €27.61 billion in the first nine months of the year.
