Interparfums closes 2025 up. The French group posted sales of €899.4 million, 2.1% more than in 2024, but was penalized by the weak dollar. Excluding the currency effect, the company put growth at 4.3%, to €918 million.

In a statement issued Thursday, the company explained that the exchange rate cut part of the advance and that the currency hedge put in place at the beginning of the year cushioned the impact. With that support, Interparfums considered that the closing was slightly better than expected.

The fourth quarter was practically flat. Sales came in at €199 million, compared with €200.3 million in the same period of the previous year.

Performance by brand highlighted that more mature licenses sustained volume and some recent bets gained momentum. Coach increased sales by 10% to €200 million, supported by the positive tone of its women’s and men’s lines and two launches activated in the first half of the year.

Jimmy Choo advanced 2% to €227.9 million, with continuity of its franchises and a men’s business that maintained traction, especially in the United States. France’s Lacoste made one of the most visible leaps of the year. The brand posted double-digit growth, up 21% to 95.4 million euros, in its second year of activity, in line with the repositioning initiated in 2024.

However, not all licenses played in its favor. Montblanc fell 5% to €193.2 million, while Lanvin fell 10% to €41 million, in a year with fewer new products and a geopolitical environment that cooled certain markets.

By geography, North America increased sales by 5% to €347.1 million, in a market that the group described as particularly dynamic. In local sales, Interparfums highlighted growth of more than 9% in the United States, with Coach and Jimmy Choo as the main drivers.

Western Europe advanced 5% to €162.7 million, after a challenging comparative 2024. France grew by 4% to €57.9 million, despite a domestic market that the group described as down in volume and value.

Asia Pacific also declined by 8% to €115 million, due to one-off distribution disruptions in Korea and India. At the same time, China rebounded 27% and Japan grew 10%, cushioning part of the regional decline. Finally, the Middle East fell by 6% to €52.2 million, still affected by conflicts and the reduction of points of sale, according to the company.

Looking ahead to 2026, Interparfums said it was very cautious in the face of economic, geopolitical and monetary uncertainty. The group is confident, however, that it will regain momentum from 2027 with a larger portfolio of licenses and a more intense launch calendar.

The product plan for 2026 includes around fifteen extensions and the advancement of initial developments for Annick Goutal, Off-White and Longchamp, with launches planned from 2027.
