ITS Foundation Launches Trio of Exhibits at Italy’s Premier Contemporary Fashion Museum

The ITS Foundation launches its 24th edition with a project ranging from the ITS Competition to ITS Academy, the first Italian museum of contemporary fashion. Through this initiative, the institution will have a program for emerging designers, who will be endowed with €10,000 to develop their project, as well as three exhibitions on the history of fashion in its facilities.

The international platform dedicated to young designers returns with a new edition organized under the theme Rise and Shine, which has attracted more than 700 participants from 74 countries and representing 89 of the world’s leading art and design schools.

The ITS Foundation has two divisions that come together to launch the new edition of the platform. ITS Competition, the international platform dedicated to emerging designers, to ITS Arcademy, the Museum of Fashion Art, the first Italian museum of contemporary fashion.

ITS Foundation will provide ten thousand euros to ten emerging designers, who will develop their project to be exhibited at Its Academy

Through the 10x10x10 format, ten emerging designers will be invited to Trieste, a creative residency where they will be hosted for ten days. In addition, each will receive €10,000 to develop their project, which they will present in a ten-month exhibition at Its Academy, the foundation’s school. The new format is carried out with the collaboration of Otb, Swatch and Ray-Ban, owned by EssilorLuxottica.

In March 2026, three exhibitions will open at Its Academy, in the so-called Fashion Art Museum, including Exhibition: The Power of Being Seen, curated by Tom Eerebout. The exhibition reveals the creative dialogue behind some of the most iconic looks of pop stars and international artists, from Harry Styles to Lady Gaga.
