Moncler returns to its sporting origins. The Italian group specialized in outdoor fashion returns to the epicenter of winter sports as official sponsor of the Brazilian Olympic Committee and as technical sponsor of the Brazilian Federation of Snow Sports. It also counts on Lucas Pinheiro Braathen as brand ambassador, the world champion in alpine skiing who will represent Brazil in the next Olympic Games.

From designing the equipment for the first successful expedition to K2, the world’s highest mountain, in 1954 to making the French national ski team’s wardrobe for its triumph at the 1968 Winter Olympics, the company has been linked to the world of sports since its beginnings.

 

Milano Cortina 2026 will be held from February 6th to 22nd in the Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo.

 

Last June, the company was ranked fifth among the 500 most sustainable companies in the world, according to the World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2025 ranking, compiled by the statistics platform Statista in collaboration with Time magazine. It also ranks first among the Italian companies in the ranking, and first in the global apparel, footwear and goods sector.

 

Moncler has reduced its turnover by 1% during the first nine months of its fiscal year, which it closed with revenues of €1.84 billion, in line with the €1.86 billion it recorded in the same period last year.
