Nicolas Topiol leaves the maison after twenty years at the helm, coinciding with the integration of the brand into the Spanish company owned by Puig. Management now passes to the Spanish headquarters with no replacement planned for the time being.

The French men’s and women’s fashion company has announced the appointment of Éric Vallat, formerly CEO of the Rémy Cointreu Group, owner of cognac brands, who will take over the position as of September.

The U.S. company specializing in the distribution of cosmetics and beauty products has announced the departure of the woman who until now was responsible for managing the company’s business, a position she began three years ago.

The group has appointed Louis Vuitton’s current industrial vice president as the new global head of industrial strategy and craftsmanship, in a move to shield its long-term competitive advantage in manufacturing.

The executive, at the helm of the iconic brand and a stranger to the founding family, will leave the Italian group on June 30 by “mutual agreement”. Andrea Guerra will take over the position on an interim basis after months of internal tensions.

The Italian fashion house announced this Wednesday his departure, while thanking the executive for a decade of service to the company, in which Risso has been at the forefront of the expansion of Marni’s men’s collections.

Izzard will replace Dave Murray, the British ecommerce platform’s current chief financial officer, who is stepping down at the end of June, a year and two months after taking up the position, in search of new opportunities.

The French group is entrusting its comeback to the former CEO of Renault, an expert in business transformation with an unconventional profile in luxury. The driving force is operations, but also design, which is what Kering needs.

Amid ongoing financial and leadership turbulence, French luxury group Kering is reportedly finalizing the appointment of Italian executive Luca de Meo as CEO, marking a strategic shift from François-Henri Pinault’s tenure.

Heather Kaminetsky returns to lead Net-a-Porter. The luxury fashion ecommerce platform redefines its structure following the acquisition by retailer MyTheresa, with new appointments in buying, brand and regional leadership.

The son of Mango’s founder will now be in charge of the Andic family’s assets and will remain vice-president of the Catalan company. The group creates a macro product area that encompasses all its lines.
