LVMH takes Fenty to the United States with a 'pop up' in New York

LVMH brings the Rihanna phenomenon to the United States. Fenty, the fashion brand launched by the conglomerate and the singer, is finalizing the start-up of its first establishment on United States territory, according to WWD.

The store, temporary, will be located within the multi-brand store The Webster, one of the temples of luxury fashion in New York's Soho. The establishment will remain open from June 19 to 30. Fenty will occupy completely the first two floors of the property.

Singer Rihanna and French conglomerate LVMH concluded the agreement to promote Fenty last month, following the success of the cosmetics firm of the same name launched last year. Fenty, whose collection includes clothing, footwear and accessories, set out with a web platform and a store, also temporary, in Paris.

In 2018, LVMH increased its net profit by 18% regarding the previous year, to 6,345 million euros. On the other hand, the French group had sales of 46,826 million euros, 11% more than in 2017.
