Chiara Ferragni’s business plummets. Fenice and Tbs Crew, the companies that manage the Italian influencer ‘s business, accumulate negative figures of €2.3 and €3.4 millions respectively, marked by a year in which turnover has plummeted.
As made known through an official statement, Ferragni expects 2025 to be a year of “consolidation and brand growth” for Fenice, reports Ansa Italia.
The businesswoman invested in Fenice with a €6.4 million capital increase, an investment that saw the influencer take control of the company with an absolute majority stake.
The results forecast for the course of 2025 will mark the beginning of a period in which Ferragni will develop new creative proposals, maintaining the growth plan outlined.

As part of the company’s reorganization, Fenice has begun to rationalize resources and focus on strategic areas of activity with greater added value, with the closure of the Rome store, in order to optimize resources and focus on repositioning the brand on the market.
For its part, Sisterhood’s 2023 balance sheet closed with a positive result of €1 million, while for 2024 it is awaiting approval of Fenice’s balance sheet.
The entrepreneur, who rose to fame as one of the first influencers thanks to the success of the looks published on her blog The Blonde Salad, bought back the majority of her eponymous brand in May.
Through this acquisition, Ferragni has become the almost sole shareholder of Fenice Srl, the company that manages her fashion and lifestyle business, Chiara Ferragni Brand.

In March, Fenice, the company that centralizes Ferragni’s business activity posted losses of €10 million between 2023 and 2024. The company’s turnover plummeted from €11 million in 2023 to just €2 million in 2024.
Three years ago, the company’s revenue reached €14 million. The Instagram star’s empire began its devacle at the end of 2023, in the wake of the Pandoro Gate case, a plot around the sale of pastries with alleged false solidarity purposes for which Ferragni has been convicted of swindling.
Ferragni has been one of the most important Italian businesswomen and influencers in recent years, but the crisis she is currently going through is shaking the stability of her business model despite her attempts to clean up her public image. With the company’s turnover at historic lows, she now faces her biggest business challenge to date.
