Zalando is an online platform specialized in footwear and apparel for men, women and children. Founded in 2008 by Robert Gentz and David Schneider and is located in Berlin, Germany, the company started listing in the Frankfurt stock exchange in 2015.

With a 22% rise in net profit from the previous year, the German ecommerce giant posts €5.25 billion in revenue and €106.5 million in net profit for the first half of the fiscal year.
