Established in 2010, SMCP is the owner of Sandro, Maje and Claudie Pierlot brands. Sandro started in 1984 by Evelyne Chetrite. In 1998, his sister, Judith Milgrom launched Maje. Claudie Pierlot, meanwhile, joined the group in 2009. In 2016, the company went to the Chinese group Shandong Ruyi.

As part of its strategic expansion, the French fashion house debuts in Santiago de Chile and Buenos Aires, and is poised to launch a flagship in Los Cabos, targeting dynamic growth sectors.
