Established in 2010, SMCP is the owner of Sandro, Maje and Claudie Pierlot brands. Sandro started in 1984 by Evelyne Chetrite. In 1998, his sister, Judith Milgrom launched Maje. Claudie Pierlot, meanwhile, joined the group in 2009. In 2016, the company went to the Chinese group Shandong Ruyi.
