Richard Hayne is CEO and president of Urban Outfitters. Hayne co-founded the company in 1970 and has been its president since the firm’s incorporation in 1976. The company operates with other two branches: Anthropologie and Free People. A graduate of Lehigh University, Hayne serves on the boards of Drexel University and Springside Chestnut Hill Academy.
