Guess modifies its helm: appoints a new CFO

 

 

Guess names new chief financial officer. The group has appointed Katie Anderson this week as the new chief financial officer, a role she will start next December. Anderson, who replaces Sandeep Ready in the position, will manage the finances of the Los Angeles-based fashion company. He will also be responsible for all corporate financial operations, reporting, banking and investor relations

 

With an MBA in finance and strategies at Anderson School of Management at UCLA, Katie Anderson began her career as an analyst at Citi, before joining Moelis Company in 2009. Guess CEO Carlos Alberini has expressed satisfaction with the new signing ensuring that “she brings a strong technical, control and finance background and his broad international experience will certainly be beneficial to Guess as we continue to expand our global presence.” 

 

The company piloted since February by Carlos Alberini ended its second quarter of 2019 with revenues of 683.2 million dollars (616,765 million euros), 5.8% more than in the same period of the previous year.
