Marc Rosen has been Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Brands since its formation in January 2025, following the merger of JCPenney and SPARC Group. Catalyst Brands was established to consolidate a portfolio of retail brands, including Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Lucky Brand, Nautica, and JCPenney's private labels. Rosen previously served as CEO of JCPenney, and earlier, he held executive roles at Levi Strauss & Co., including Executive Vice President and President of Levi Strauss Americas, and was Senior Vice President of Global E-commerce at Walmart Inc.
