Lauren R. Hobart has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Dick's Sporting Goods since February 2021. She joined the company in February 2011 as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, later serving as Chief Customer & Digital Officer and President. Prior to Dick's, Hobart spent 14 years at PepsiCo in various leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer of Carbonated Soft Drinks in North America. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford University. Hobart also serves on the Board of Directors of Marriott International
