Guillaume Motte serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sephora since 2023. A member of the executive committee of LVMH, which he joined in 2018, he previously served for two years as deputy CEO of LVMH Fashion Group. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from Cambridge and an MBA from Insead and served as CEO of Al Tayer Trends and Celio before joining LVMH.
