Francesca Bellettini is Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Gucci since September 2025, after spending two years as Deputy CEO of Kering. She began her career in London as an investment banker and worked at companies such as Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell before joining Kering in 2003. Within the group, she has held leadership roles at brands including Bottega Veneta and Saint Laurent.
