Luxury digital powerhouse divests shares in one of its brands to an investor group in a $30 million deal, aiming for $4 billion in revenue by 2030.

The American conglomerate, known for owning brands like Lee and Wrangler, expanded its brand portfolio this June with the acquisition of the Norwegian outdoor fashion company, which will now be globally led by Børre Hegbom.

The American powerhouse wraps up the first nine months of its fiscal year with $2.327 billion in revenue and a net profit of $84 million, as Q3 challenges hit the bottom line.

The American fashion powerhouse narrowly avoided third-quarter losses, yet profits tumbled by 27%. Year-to-date losses have ballooned to a staggering $186.4 million.

With 30% of its operations rooted in the U.S., the Spanish company still grapples with the luxury industry’s crisis, likely disrupting its anticipated growth, aiming for a 26 million turnover this fiscal year.

The fragrance and cosmetics giant concludes Q3 with stagnant sales in its flagship division and a shrinking U.S. market presence. The company faces challenges from currency fluctuations and sector dynamics.

Italian label, backed by Auriel Investment, has inked a deal with Tomorrow platform to take on the global wholesale operations of Cavalli starting Fall 2026, marking a new chapter in the brand’s international expansion.

The group wrapped up its fiscal year ending in April with a revenue of 374.6 million pounds ($495.3 million) and profits of 33.3 million pounds ($44 million), marking a turnaround from last year’s losses.

On the heels of a challenging sales year, the Italian brand makes a comeback. As it wraps up its integration with Vsp Vision, the group’s slipping sales in America, a major market, shift its attention towards opportunities in Asia.

The company, which ended its last fiscal year in the red, welcomes the improved figures but remains cautious about consumer spending weakness and the $100 million tariff impact projected for this year.

The sportswear giant has reported revenues of €5.973 billion and a gross profit of €2.754 billion, both falling short of the figures recorded by the company during the same period last year.

The combined forces of price inflation and a stagnant job market stunted U.S. purchasing power growth to under 2% in September, hitting young Americans the hardest.
