Eurofragance Revamps Executive Team to Boost Growth Strategy
The company has appointed Joan Pere Jiménez as its new CEO to spearhead a strategic plan centered on innovation, people, and customers, ensuring a ‘seamless transition’ following a planned succession since 2023.
Planned” change at the top of Eurofragance. Joan Pere Jiménez has been appointed as the company’s new CEO. The executive will assume the leadership of the group with the objective of executing the company’s strategic plan.
The succession, as explained by the company, “has been carefully planned” from 2023 and has been developed throughout 2025 to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of the group’s strategic vision.
In this context, the hitherto CEO, Laurent Mercier, will remain linked to Eurofragance as a member of its board of directors, thus ensuring stability in the company’s governance.
Joan Pere Jiménez has more than a decade of experience in Eurofragance, where he has held various positions of responsibility and has been a member of the executive committee, actively participating in strategic decision-making.

The new CEO has indicated that his priorities are to strengthen Eurofragance’s “position as a global leader”, consolidate the regions where it already operates and accelerate growth in the markets considered strategic for the company.
Eurofragance closed 2024 with sales of 180 million euros, up 27% year-on-year on a like-for-like basis, driven by growth in all regions and a solid performance in key categories such as fine fragrances, up 28%, and home and personal care, up 20%.
