Bestseller is giving a boost to its Only Brand House chain with the launch of its 300th store in Germany. The store is also the company’s largest, with 27,000 square feet of floor space.

The Danish fashion retail giant has opened its new store in the Loom shopping center in the German city of Bielefeld. The destination brings together the offer of Only, both women’s, men’s and children’s wear, and JDY.

Irini Zermann, head of retail for Only in Germany, said that it is “the first multi-brand store”, a concept designed to unite a large part of Only’s offer in a single location.

Bestseller is one of the fashion retail groups with the broadest brand portfolio in the world, owning Jack&Jones, Vero Moda, Name it and, since a few months ago, Topshop and Balmohk, its ‘made in Spain’ brand.

Last year, Bestseller focused on giving wings to Topshop, which it bought from Asos in 2024. In fact, it is a year since the opening of new headquarters in Madrid, where the company installed a showroom ready for the return of the proposal to the country, eight years after closing its network of stores in Spain. Recently, the brand has made the online leap to some twenty countries.

Bestseller closed the last fiscal year on an upward trend, closing 2024 with sales of 38,074 million Danish kroner ($5.96 billion), 6.8% more than in the same period of the previous year.

Profit before tax stood at DKK 5,933 million ($930 million), up 12% from a year ago, and the company also managed to raise its gross margin to 54.1%, almost one percentage point above the previous year.
