Amazon challenges stylists and sets up a personal shopper

Amazon reinforces its fashion. The American company has launched a personal shopper service, in collaboration with Prime Wardrobe with the goal of selecting the best closet items for its clients.

The tool of the group works thanks to the combination of algorithms and human stylists. "Personal Shopper is providing curated help for customers to shop the catalog, to get style advice, to have someone who's their stylish best friend shop on their behalf and give them highly personalized recommendations across their preferences” points Tony Bacos, Amazon fashion’s chief technology officer.

Even if Prime Wardrobe is free for Amazon Prime members, the personal shopping service costs 4.99 dollars per month. Plus, the buyers only pay for the garments they keep and have seven days to return the rest of the items.
