Leena Nair has been Chief Executive Officer of Chanel since January 2022. She spent over 30 years at Unilever, where she held various roles and ultimately served as Chief Human Resources Officer. At Unilever, she led initiatives on workplace inclusion and gender balance. Since joining Chanel, she has overseen the company’s operations and strategic initiatives, including the launch of new product lines and the expansion of the Chanel Foundation.
