ASOS Secures New Loans in Debt Refinancing to Bolster Final Reorganization Phase

José Antonio Ramos has been Chief Executive Officer of Asos since June 2022. He joined the company in January 2021 as Chief Commercial Officer, leading the areas of sourcing, purchasing, and merchandising. Before joining the British e-commerce group, Ramos served for two years as General Manager of Salsa Jeans. He also has an extensive professional background in retail, having developed his career at Carrefour and Inditex, where he held roles in product and distribution for Zara. Between 2012 and 2018, he was Commercial Director at Esprit.
