Hillary Super is the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret & Co., having assumed the role on September 9, 2024. Prior to this, she served as the CEO of Savage X Fenty, the lingerie brand founded by Rihanna, from June 2023 to August 2024. Before joining Savage X Fenty, Super was the Global CEO of Anthropologie Group from 2019 to 2021. Her retail experience includes leadership positions at Wet Seal, American Eagle, Ann Inc., New York & Company, Guess, Gap Inc., and Old Navy. Super holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Southern California.
