Diego Della Valle has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tod’s since 2000. Born in 1953 in Casette d’Ete, he studied law at the University of Bologna before joining his family’s footwear business in 1975. He led the company’s industrial expansion and the development of its brands, including Tod’s, Hogan, Fay and Roger Vivier, and has held board positions at companies such as LVMH and RCS.
