ilar Riaño (Barcelona, 1982) is the founder of Modaes. With more than two decades of experience in business journalism, she holds a degree in Journalism from Ramon Llull University and an MBA in Fashion Business Management from Isem–University of Navarra. Before launching Modaes, she built her career at Expansión. Riaño has contributed to multiple publications and teaches at several Spanish universities. She was the recipient of Spain’s National Fashion Award in its inaugural edition.
