The U.S. intimate apparel company has announced the return of its iconic fashion show for the second consecutive year on the runway. Details regarding the venue have not yet been announced, but the date, which like other editions, will be in the fall of 2025, has been announced.

After a six-year hiatus, Victoria’s Secret relaunched its fashion show last year, with a cast of its most veteran angels, such as Adriana Lima, Gigi Hadid and Taylor Hill. Internationally recognized artists such as Tyla, Cher and Lisa, the latter known for the K-pop phenomenon Blackpink, also participated.

Far from what it was years ago, the brand’s last runway event was on a reduced stage and with a range of underwear and garments that prioritized comfort over the sensuality that characterized its previous shows. As a novelty, all the garments could be purchased instantly on Amazon during the live broadcast.

The relaunch of the fashion show was part of a strategy to generate attention for the brand, which in recent years has lost market share to competitors such as Skims, the American brand founded by entrepreneur and influencer Kim Kardashian.

The lingerie group posted a result of $1.353 billion in the first three months of the current year, with sales slightly higher than those obtained in 2023. Despite this, the company has managed to turn around its net result, although in 2024 it posted losses of $2.48 million, at the start of 2025 it has earned $2.77 million.

The first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was held in 1995 and quickly broke television audience records, bringing luxury codes to the general public. In 2018, the show s ratings plummeted. From the usual ten million viewers in previous editions, less than 3.3 million watched the fashion show that year, which was the last until 2024, where numbers remain low. The last parade accumulated 2.83 million views.
