Mexican Brand Sarelly Sarelly Secures $3 Million for Expansion
The cosmetics and accessories brand is set to expand its retail footprint in the United States and boost its digital presence on platforms like TikTok Shop. In Mexico, the brand will increase its reach by entering Ulta Beauty.
Mexican makeup and fashion accessories brand Sarelly Sarelly has closed a $3 million investment round led by Mexican venture capital firm Wollef, which focuses on local investments in emerging companies.
With this round, Sarelly Sarelly aims to scale its business in the United States, expanding its retail presence, its stores and its presence on digital platforms. Secondly, the goal is also to increase its presence in Mexico, with the entry into the Ulta Beauty chains, and the opening of a new flagship store in the Antara Fashion Hall in Mexico City.

The Wollef-led round is joined by other U.S. investors, including private equity fund Sandbox Studios, Morgan Creek Capital Management and beauty specialist Hyve Ventures. Semilla Ventures, a Guadalajara-based venture capital fund, also contributed.
In a statement, Sarelly Sarelly co-founder and CEO Rémi Martini said this is “a pivotal moment” for the company. “We are proud to be a Mexican brand that builds its own way,“ he concluded.
Sarelly Sarelly was born in 2022 in Mexico City, at the hands of Rémi Martini and Anna Sarelly. In just over two years, the company has become the best-selling beauty brand in Tik Tok Shop Mexico, driven by clean formulas and the use of vegan materials.
