Lululemon raises its forecasts for 2019 and sets course for 4,000 million dollars
The Canadian fashion company, which has not yet presented its official economic results, expects revenues of up to 1,380 million dollars.
Lululemon boosts 2019 sales. The Canadian fashion and sporting company estimates it will increase its revenue by 20.5%, to 3,962 million dollars in 2019, after considering the year as a year of transformation and international growth.
The company, which has not yet presented its official results, has disclosed in a statement that between October and December it improved its initial economic forecasts. Lululemon planned to reach a maximum of 1,330 million dollars in the fourth quarter of 2019, however, its revenues will is set to reach 1,380 million dollars.
Last week the Canadian company incorporated Nikki Neuburger as the global brand director. The former Nike and Uber exec will set in motion a new phase this year within Lululemon, which initiated in 2019 as a strategic transformation plan to accelerate its international expansion and diversify its clothing line to include men’s wear.
